After working with three different companies and obtaining five quotes for a new system, Westshore installed a new high-efficiency boiler in our twenty-unit condominium building.
Every interaction we have had with their company, from the office staff to the owner and everyone in-between has been positive! Jamie honored a verbal quote months after giving it. They have come when scheduled and finished when promised. The service crew is just as cheerful at midnight as they are during normal business hours. We have never waited more than 10 minutes for a return phone call. Chris has gone above and beyond in doing the paperwork for rebates, inspections, and certifications.
